Finally, consider the other elements of happiness such as pleasure, satisfaction and achievement. Pleasure refers to the positive aspects of being happy such as having enough food on hand or a big house. Satisfaction occurs when you are contented with what you have. Achievement happens when you feel that you have done something significant and have achieved something that you had only imagined.
