Wine gotten by the wise union of the Barbera with aromatic grasses, quinquina and rhubarb, in infusion according to an ancient recipe. They expresses a bouquet of perfumes and pleasant feelings.  
Served "chambré" it is good end meal, or in accompaniment to the "tirà", typical dessert, and as wine of meditation.
Structure, character and harmony allow a long aging of it.
